The campaign period begins with the olive harvest which takes place at the end of October and ends at the beginning of January.

FábricaDouro, in addition to producing its Ouro da Fábrica brand, also supports the development of the activity of small farmers in the region, we provide our customers with suitable boxes for transport, so they can harvest in perfect sanitary conditions, without being smashed or damaged. The olives can also be transported in bulk. 

It is important to deliver and process the olives in the same day as they are harvested, in order to avoid a long storage periods with risk of giving sensory and organoleptic defects in the olive oils.
